IRCA Global has partnered with the Law Faculty of the University of the Free State to develop a first of its kind B. Iuris with endorsement to Legal Industrial Risk Management degree. Covering the full spectrum of occupational legislation, health, safety, environment and quality management, it is one of the global training products of IRCA Global. This product was developed based on specialist alliances as well as ongoing research and development based on group training, consulting and auditing work around the globe. The new degree was instituted to attract matriculants, as well as risk and legal practitioners, with the option of online study by way of e-learning. The three-year degree consists of four parts, with classroom facilitation up to Part Three available to groups on their own site, or via the IRCA offices.
IRCA has for many years worked with organisations to ensure they have a fully integrated management systems approach. PAS99 mirrors this concept in the fields of Risk Management (BS 31100) and Business Continuity Management (BS25999). PAS 99 is a publicly available specification of common requirements for management systems that can be used as a framework for an integrated management system. It is intended to encourage organisations with more than one management system to view PAS 99 as the opportunity to achieve a holistic management system to enable them to more effectively run their operations. IRCA Global has completed a number of local and global projects, utilizing the business continuity management standards approach. IRCA Global has influenced, and continues to influence, the development of management systems and standards through our involvement with global certification bodies. |
