SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENTAL AND QUALITY SPECIALISTS

IRCA IS PRESENTLY LOOKING FOR:

SHEQ MANAGERS; RISK MANAGERS & CO-ORDINATORS; SAFETY & HEALTH MANAGERS & SAFETY PRACTITIONERS in the following areas

Mining / Building & Construction Industries to work on a SHORT or LONG TERM CONTRACT BASIS

Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in the above mentioned fields
• Compile safety reports
• Conduct Safety meetings
• Conduct accident / incident investigations
• Train Safety Practitioners on all levels of management
• Good communication & administration skills & Willing to work away from home for short periods of time

Qualifications:

• Sound working knowledge of the OHS Act & Mine Health & Safety Act
• and any of the following qualifications; SAMTRAC / NADSAM / MSRM or any IRCA related courses / Comsoc 1 & 11 / ISO 9001, ISO 14001 / BS8800 & OHSAS 18001 (BSI) / Blasting Certificate / Computer literate / Experience in the Railway Safety Environment will be an advantage
