Senior Training Consultant - Industry and/or Mining (Ref. TR/06)
IRCA Training Division invites applications for the
position of Senior Training Consultant at their Randburg
Office. The following applies to this position:
To manage all aspects of the auditing
projects of the clients identified in
the Mining and Industry (inclusive of
manufacturing) Sectors, ensuring timely
and quality delivery of audits to these
clients, compiling corporate audit report
summaries, liaising with clients at
senior level in the organizations and
responsible for scheduling of audits
with the correct audit teams. In addition,
ensure quality projects are delivered
at cost effective prices to the clients
and high return on the sales for IRCA.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 10 Years Safety, Health and Environment
(SHE) management experience with at least 6 years
in a SHE management occupation
- Tertiary qualifications in SHE management
- Minimum 3 years experience in SHE management training
- Sound knowledge of legislation and standards applicable to SHE management
- Technical background (SHE management of machinery/equipment)
is an advantage
Job Functions::
- SHE training service provision, including administration thereof
- assistance with SHE training course research and development
- marketing SHE training solutions to clients
General:
- Must be prepared to work away from home for extended periods
- Must have own transport
- Must have basic computer literacy
- Must have excellent communication skills, and command of the main languages
- must have good interpersonal skills
