Position: Regional Manager: Mpumalanga
Division: Vereeniging
Location: Secunda
Reporting To: Vice-President: Auditing & Key
Accounts (Vereeniging)
Starting Date: 1 August 2008
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To manage customer care and market growth in terms
of regional/geographical accounts within the allocated
geographical boundaries and other Accounts as dedicated
by the Vice-President: Auditing & Key Accounts.
Specific Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 3 Year degree/3 year diploma – General Degree (NQF 6) desirables
- 4 – 6 Years experience in Risk Management Field

- Provide customer care to regional/geographical accounts and grow IRCA’s market share
- Network with regional stakeholders and forums
- Compile annual operational budgets
- Manage the financial performance of the regional
office as per balance sheet and income statement and
meet targets as set out in budgets
- Develop a business plan for the Region
- Forecast sales three months ahead, as well as cash
flow requirements
- Compile a monthly report as per set criteria
- Manage and develop regional resources and meet efficiency targets
- Engage in self-development activities
