To manage customer care and market growth in terms of regional/geographical accounts within the allocated geographical boundaries and other Accounts as dedicated by the Vice-President: Auditing & Key Accounts.

Specific Qualifications and Experience Required:

3 Year degree/3 year diploma – General Degree (NQF 6) desirables
4 – 6 Years experience in Risk Management Field

Required Job outputs

Provide customer care to regional/geographical accounts and grow IRCA’s market share
Network with regional stakeholders and forums
Compile annual operational budgets
Manage the financial performance of the regional office as per balance sheet and income statement and meet targets as set out in budgets
Develop a business plan for the Region
Forecast sales three months ahead, as well as cash flow requirements
Compile a monthly report as per set criteria
Manage and develop regional resources and meet efficiency targets
Engage in self-development activities
