IRCA offers you a
unique opportunity
to seamlessly
convert your SHEQ
management system
audits and grading
to the IRCA Diamond
Rating system (IDRS).
In order to
achieve this, we
suggest the
following
collaborative action
plan:
- The plan
allows for full
conversion to
the IRCA grading
system over a
period of three
years while
retaining your
interim grading.
We will assist
and advise you
on the
conversion every
step of the way.
- We will
provide you,
free of charge,
with our
world-class
audit protocol
and software as
well as a
comprehensive
framework for
the conversion
process.
- Using this
framework, you
will have the
option to
simultaneously
align your
management
system to
conform to ISO
9001:2000,
ISO14001:2004,
and OHSAS18001
for eventual
certification in
terms of these
international
standards, if
required.
- Routine
audits of your
site/s will be
conducted with
full reporting
and corrective
action
recommendations.
A star grading
will be awarded
after completion
of the
conversion. Bear
in mind that
your eventual
grading may be
adversely
affected due to
the nature of
the IRCA grading
system
requirements,
with a total
risk-based
approach,
including
behavioural
elements and the
increased focus
on strategic and
management
system elements.
- Grading will
be classified in
6 levels of
compliance to
the grading
protocol,
leading to the
ultimate Diamond
Class grading
for leading
management
system practice
and performance.
- We will be
hosting
information
sessions to
provide clear
direction and a
forum for user
inputs.
