Left Iscor in 1980 and started implementing Safety Systems in various organizations.(Paper, Liquor, Petro Chemical, Food)
Joined NOSA in 1989 as Consultant/Trainer/Auditor.
Was promoted to Audit Manager in NOSA Pretoria
Appointed as Regional Manager NOSA Southern Cape in 2002
Left NOSA after 16 years
Opened the first IRCA Coastal office in George in 2005.

Worked for 25 years with TELKOM Pretoria Head Office in the financial department
Left Telkom in 2002 as Senior Accountant Finance department.
Joined NOSA in 2002 as office administrator.
Joined IRCA in 2005 responsible for office administration. and training co-ordination.
